From scenic walks and sunny courtyards to shared spaces designed for connection, the village is ready to become a place full of laughter, conversation, and community spirit.

We’re inviting everyone to explore the village at our Open Day on 28 February, from 10am to 2pm. It’s the perfect opportunity to tour our homes, check out the shared spaces, and get a real sense of life in our Coromandel community.

Wayne Enjoys Summer Fun at the Village!
Wayne spent the holiday (Dec/Jan) enjoying the sun, the sea breeze, and everything our village and the Coromandel area have to offer. One highlight of his summer? A visit to the local golf course, where our village proudly sponsors a sign between holes 5 and 14.
Of course, Wayne couldn’t resist striking a pose with his golf club right by the sign – a sunny snapshot that captures both his swing and his sense of fun! It’s a perfect reminder that summer in Coromandel is all about enjoying the outdoors and making the most of every sunny day.
Whether it’s a round of golf, a stroll around town, or just soaking up the beautiful summer weather, Wayne’s visit shows that there’s plenty to love about life here in the village. Keep an eye out for our sign on the course.

A Great Day at the Keltic Fair
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand at this year’s Keltic Fair – we had a wonderful time meeting so many friendly faces and being part of such a vibrant community event.
It was great to chat with visitors about retirement living, answer questions, and share what makes our Village such a welcoming place to call home. Events like this are a fantastic reminder of how important connection and community are – values we’re proud to support every day in our village.
