Coromandel Lifestyle Village is a boutique-style retirement village nestled in the heart of the Coromandel Peninsula. Our village is designed for independent living in a small village community that offers a close-knit atmosphere and easy access to local amenities.
Our village is based around the original Coromandel gold mine managers house that is 146 years old. This beautifully restored house has become the communal area complete with large BBQ decks, library, games room, ballroom, and a large communal kitchen for functions. There is a total of 16 units that have a cottagey design to them, but the inside is modern and completed to today’s standards.
Our village is privately owned and we take pride in providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We believe that everyone deserves a comfortable, safe, and fulfilling retirement, and we work hard to create an environment that promotes health, happiness, and a sense of community.
