We had an amazing summer bringing Coromandel town back to life. Birds chirping and playing in the grounds. Boats out on the water catching fish for dinner. Restaurants full and the town bustling with activity.
Some highlights were the Christmas parade on 10 Dec and seeing the kids’ faces light up as the floats pass by. The Keltic Fair on 2 Jan, had loads of stalls and entertainment for everyone. The Car Fair on 4 Feb had about 130 cars on show with food & refreshment. And lastly all the old vehicles driving and stopping in town for the Beach hop.
What a sight to see.
Brendon and Kate have the gardens here at the Village looking wonderful. The lawn has grown vibrant and lush, and the newly planted plants are all starting to Bloom, making the place look like a wonderland.
The Quail, Wood Pidgeon’s and Tui love the area too.
Our BBQ areas have been a great place to have dinner during the summer months.

Several of you have expressed a desire for increased privacy, so we have decided to plant hedges along the front lawn of the units. Additionally, each unit will be equipped with a trellis on the west side giving you that much desired privacy for a morning cup of tea.
All toilets and showers can be retro fitted with grip rails if required. They will be tailored to your needs.
We are small running our promoon for the first 3 units sold get the first year Village fee free. This equates to a saving of $8,400.00.
